The Portrait Artist Behind the Lens

Hello! I’m Kim Ogden—a newborn, maternity, family & headshot photographer based in Kaufman, TX, serving families throughout Kaufman County, Rockwall, Dallas, and surrounding areas. I specialize in creating stress-free, heartfelt newborn, maternity and family portraits for busy parents who want to remember these fleeting moments—forever.

I've trained extensively in the safety and posing of newborns for over a decade and have photographed families all over Southern California, Eastern North Carolina, and now here in the greater Dallas area.

I'm also a devoted wife, mom, gramma, veteran, and gardener. When I'm not taking photos, I spend most of my time in my garden. I love growing fruits, vegetables, and cut flowers.

During the Fall, you can find me in the kitchen canning tomatoes and freeze-drying peppers. I enjoy preserving what I harvest as much as I enjoy cooking fresh meals made from scratch.
